What does this now do for Frost?

My father in law uses a CPAP and loves it. Has to have it everywhere or he can't sleep. My dad has been encouraged to get a sleep test in case he needs one and simply refuses due to pride/stubbornness.

I won't be as thick as I am forever. It's been on purpose putting the size on and it's been a multi-year process. I love being strong because I was the smallest kid in my friend group growing up so I'm just trying to ride the wave until my body says I can't anymore. Feeling how I feel already at 28, I don't think it'll last quite as long as I originally anticipated when I started Powerlifting about 5 years ago.
What "juices" are you using?

The extra weight isn’t always a direct connection to sleep apnea. Have had this conversation with my internal medicine doc and there are lots of guys who are 5’9” and 155 lbs who are diagnosed with sleep apnea.

Just encouraging you to have the talk with yore doc.

My dad is similarly stupid where he thinks sleeping like shit is a good idea

My dad hates going to the doc for anything. We're guys that don't go unless we're basically dying and can't function. He turns 60 in November.

a perfectly normal and rational fear that only most most ALPHA of males have.....

(I pass out giving blood)
During my last flu shot that my wife made me get, I can't tell you hard I flexed (accidentally) and turned my head away so I wouldn't see the needle go in. It's honestly embarrassing how afraid I am of needles lol

I went to the doctor yesterday for the first time in 20 years.. Turns out my appointment was Wednesday, though, so I had to reschedule.

lol last time I went for a planned visit was 2014 for a baseball physical. Unplanned was summer of 2019. Stepped on a metal dog brush and absolutely annihilated the bottom of my foot, blood everywhere. Stitches in a miserable spot in the bottom of my foot and limped pretty hard for about a week before it started to feel better.

i'm upset that no one has accused me of being a north stadium white knight plant

i'm a frost fan boi and i've been creating misinformation about gate 25 and frost's off the field activities
Uh...ok...um...hey fella...uh stop knighting for Scott. It's dumb and you look totally...uh...like a North stadium plant. It's...uh...well really pathetic, so stop it now.

I watched dumb and dumber in entirety while waiting to give blood in the UNL student union. When they called my name, I made up a story about having a fever and congestion so I wouldn't have to get stuck with a needle.

Also, my dad was a similar not-go-to-the-doctor guy. He died of an unspecific, metastasized cancer at age 47 in 2008. Probably colon, but it was everywhere by the time he was diagnosed. I go to the doctor and get physicals now.
