And his claim in that video that Missouri had passed Nebraska is just straight up baffling. 2003 was Gary Pinkel's third season at Missou, and his first where they even qualified for a bowl game. They finished third in the North, behind Nebraska and K-State. He was 17-19 at that point.

I like this hire even less now than I did this morning...

I mean let’s be honest, in hindsight that’s what everyone seemed to be thinking at the time, that 9-3 and those losses were completely unacceptable at the time. To this day I still think it was a bad decision but if you look at the whole context I think most the fan base was probably saying the same thing

I mean honestly other than fundraising for the facility, he hasn’t done much to deserve being involved in the conversation. And as someone who hopes to god the Frost thing works out, that sucks to say

I heard the same thing. Combination of Moos not being a "Yes man" and some drunken situations. I was led to believe Moos was holding Frost accountable and Frost didn't like that 1 bit. Hence the reason the Power Brokers ponyed up the $3 Mill to give Moos his walking papers and keep their Golden Boy Frost happy. Gotta say Moos appeared to hit Home Runs with his 3 major hires (Frost, Bolt, Hoiberg). Hoops has struggled but that is a proven staff that is recruiting at levels we have never seen. Baseball is trending upwards quickly. Football seems to be trending down in recruiting and not sure we have seen anything to impress us with the first 3 seasons of coaching. Hopefully Turd can straighten out the football program one way or another. GBR
