What does this now do for Frost?

Do you ever get migraines from blood pressure meds? My wife got put on one post delivery and gets migraines from it a couple times a week. That’d be terrible. I get them every now and then
No. I would get tension type headaches in the back of my head and everything would feel tight before I got on the medication. It’s a weird feeling. That’s why I went to the doctor. The weird thing is I started on a low dose of lisinopril and later changed to losartan. The reason I changed is because lisinopril gave me a constant dry cough a couple years in. I couldn’t believe that could be a side effect but it was. If she is getting those headaches I would go back to the doctor. Maybe it has to do with dosage.

I take a low dose of Losartan as well. Never any headaches.

I think it was dose to be honest. I remember the doc telling her she would have headaches while she takes the meds, and she had a migraine pretty much everyday for the first 2 weeks, and then I feel like at a check up she mentioned that to them and they changed the dose to a little lighter. She still gets them sometimes but she does sleep a lot cause she does a lot with our daughter. She’s on summer vacation and I’m working from home so I help when I can but she does a lot. Atleast in my experience I’ve found that when I sleep too much or lay down too much during the day I get headaches from lack of activity. So I feel like that probably happens to her but I’m no doc so idk.

Love that this thread has become the General Health / Sleep Apnea thread

Thanks a lot, thread topic police.

Actually, that's kinda my favorite part about TPB that it's so often off-topic.

On the sleep apnea thing, I shared a hotel room at a conference with an overweight co-worker about ten years ago. It sounded like he died and was recessitated once every ten minutes. The worst two night of sleep that I can ever remember.

2 stories. Will make them short

1. growing up in select baseball, on out of town trips, team mates and parents would always ask if that was my dad they could hear snoring multiple rooms away.

2. my uncle used to be able to match my dads snoring volume, both large men. On family gatherings in the hotel rooms, the snoring combined was insane

Can’t imagine how much fun it is sleeping next to you every night. Do yore wifey a favor, son.

Note from my experience……the shit that really scared my wife wasn’t the snoring. It was the interruption of breathing. She said that I would be sleeping/ breathing/ snoring and then I would simply stop breathing for 3-5 seconds.

Then a short gasp and then breathing again. The inconsistent breathing pattern is the number one tip-off to sleep apnea.

Love yore wife, love yore kids (if you have any), love yore other family. Talk to yore doc.

You are exactly right about sleeping next to someone that needs a cpap or adjustment somewhere else. It is truly frightening each time they seemingly die, and then are alive again.

Yep my dad does that when he sleeps. The pause thing. My wife said her dad used to do that too, also a big man, and then he got on a CPAP and has been good ever since.

I would like to know what Turd expects from this season? Is it six or more wins or else you’re gone Frost or does Frost have to fire assistants? Or is it all good if Frost has another losing season?
I don’t know much about Turd but I imagine he won’t give a hard line answer to that question - if Turd were to have to make a decision I think it will be because it’s blatantly obvious there isn’t progress being made or not enough progress. I do think Turd being familiar with tough decisions will pay dividends at UNL. Not saying that he’ll be the guy to fire Frost but in the event he has to do that he’ll be able to.
