Ya, the country club pool used to be a major summer party zone back in the day. I'm sure it'll get back to that again.

I'm from Bayard, btw. Been in Dallas for 8 years. @#HBD lives right nearby, too. Have to try and get together for a game this fall. How long have you been here?

Yeah I've heard the VCC pool was/is again quite the party spot. I've lived here 5 years. Wife and I lived in DC for one of those years though. Would love to meet up for a game sometime! Feel free to swing by Over/Under Saturday!

What are you grilling? What's in the beer fridge? Where are you watching the game?

Gonna be grilling some wings, can't be beat on a hot day. I just finished my basement so planning on enjoying the fruits of my labor. I have the beginnings of a decent bar set up and installed a recessed beer fridge. Will need to pick up some more beer. Having a buddy over to watch to boys roll!

Doing a cross-country move this this weekend+next week. Will actually be driving through Nebraska during the game. Been awhile since I had to do radio for one.

Stop at any small-town bar 20 minutes before kick-off and settle in. Mix in with the locals......

Could be a lot of fun.....

My wife and kid are out of town so my Gameday plans are shaping up beautifully.

I’ll wake up, mix up some shrimp ceviche for pregame and get that “cooking” in the fridge. I’ll head to the gym, then go shoot my bow for a couple hours. Going to lay out all my gear for a 5 day hunt I leave for next Thursday and pack it all up, sharpen my broadheads and knives. I’ll crack open my beer and have a bowl of ceviche while I open up tPB and the Scrolls on my laptop and fire up the pregame radio.

After the first quarter I’ll fire up a chimney full of coals and season a 12oz Bone in ribeye - then cook that bad boy for halftime.

Then depending on how the game goes I’ll either happily drink all my beers, angrily drink all my beers, or nervously drink all my beers which at that point I will switch to Buffalo trace

Agronomist/salesman/consultant for farmers in the area. Then have cattle and farm myself.

Just me and momma watching the game on our (almost) brand new 75" Samsung ( @LoudHogRider was instrumental in assisting me with that purchase).

Just the two of us......the way I like it. Will be wolfing down some 16 ounce Silver Bullets throughout the game and not sure about the food.

Then, shortly after the FB game is over, off to BTN to watch the VB girls throat-stomp the Wild Kittys from Little Manhatten.

I am keeping my expectations for the FB game very low, so at the first turnover or penalty, I'll just shrug my shoulders and mumble "What else is new?" Then, if no TOs or penalties happen, I'll be like "Yeah team"........Then, if we score a few times OR actually win the game, I'm going to open a brand new bottle of Redbreast whiskey and sample it til my toes are warm.

I'm youngish/poor so kind of a small area but much nicer than it was before. Bonus attachment is my 1970/1971 Bob Devaney back-to-back national champions Jim Beam bourbon (inherited from my grandpa). Saving that bad boy for our next NC.
