Alaskan Native American lady with a Greek first name and Spanish last name, who lived in Boston, and doesn't know her Inupait name. (Theory and Spoiler alert: Her name reveal will obviously be part of the ending)
The more I think about this show the dumber it's getting. Episode 4 better rock or I might give up, which is a shame because I waited so long and was really looking forward to it.
If you want a north pole supernatural thriller watch The Terror or better yet, read the book.

I’m still digging this season but, like I mentioned earlier, I really like stories with paranormal aspects like this. So far S4 continues to feel like an R-rated version of The X-Files.
I think Jodie Foster was very poorly cast. She wasn't right for the role and is pushing the tough cop too much. Not very believable

I think it did. We now know Navarro doesn’t hate Danvers vice versa because that wouldn’t make sense if Danvers covered up her murder. Navarro’s mother to me is the spirit and she will play a central role in the middle of this. There is some callback to season 1 going on so hopefully they tie it together well. I could be way off base though.
I might have to watch season 1 again. I wouldn't have caught any of the references if it wasn't for you dorks.

My girlfriend mocks me because I read articles about each episode after watching it. Usually we watch about half a season of a show like this and then she moves on to reality tv and I finish on my own.

Nice.. I definitely do this as well. Especially after a historical/non-fiction movie or show. I like to get my own interpretation of what happened after seeing how the writer and producer decided to present it.
As far as your gf.. my fiance can't hardly finish a movie but can hang on for a show. I love her but she always gives me shit about quoting movies and it's sadly one of my greatest abilities.

Another cliche in crime thrillers....the scene of the investigator near a corkboard or table (the floor in this case) with evidence and pictures scattered or arranged while they spend hours staring at them searching for that one piece that they overlooked or didn't scrutinize close enough. The original creator of the series (Nic P) is right to be critical of this season. It's been mostly rehashed, recycled, repackaged Hollywood tropes.

He's a fucking Executive Producer of this season. The dude has a vested financial interest. If he didn't like where things were going, he could've raised a fuss a year ago.

I do hate when a show has everyone fall apart on the same night. I’ll keep watching but this isn’t great writing. Critics will love it because a women made it.
