I've been keeping an eye on story and knew what was going on. I just didn't want to get the thread kicked over to the HyVee board 🤣.

I will say this though, I would be wary of anything posted on social media these days without some kind of legitimate source attached or couldn't be verified with a two second Google search or even a little bit of common sense.
I would agree. We don't want to all act like @cwessel76 around here? Such a puss!

Never took you for a lesbo.
Yet here I am.

I've always ventured over to Netbuffs for many years. It's a janky old website but the most active message board for CU fans.

I feel good about this game

Our defense will give Raiola fits unless he decides he is going to run.Our offense will be pass, pass, pass. Hopefully our o-line holds up

Waiting to see if we put together a complete offense. Uncertain about ...

... the outcome. We have the explosive talent at WR and QB to beat anyone on any given day. I look forward to more of a systematic effort to block and execute in the trenches.

It's an early test that the Buffs have to pass....

They pounded the nibblets last year when they were TO machines. A loss would be a huge step backward.I hope the loose DB play and the vanilla play calling last Thursday were for this game. Silence the crowd and send them home early. CU needs to continue to dominate the bugeaters.

The Corn Nation will be embarrassed

Blackshirts will not be able to cover our WRs and Shedildo will throw for 500+. Our defense will contain almost everything they have.

I feel their fans are delusional. Karma will provide for the Buffs

Difference between Nebraska fans and CU fans:We know that we’ve been terrible for the most part of 20 years. We don’t like it but we acknowledge it. Nebraska fans think they’ve “only been a play or two away” during their struggles since 62-36. Most don’t even realize they have been irrelevant during that time. Now that they are in the B1G, they don’t realize they aren’t even in the top of the middle. Well, Colorado certainly has their attention now. 0-3 will do that.

buffs a 7 point dog seems about right ...

this is more of a rivalry game for N than i imagined. lincoln will be rockin'.

Feel good, Railoa isn't mobile & that's really all that NDSU was able to do

Feeling overall positive, I believe in CUs ability to stop the run,

over Nebraska's ability to stop the pass.Riaola played a solid first game, but didn't seem to trust his arm and threw a lot of floaters a better secondary would have picked off.If Pat can scheme up a game to keep pressure off Shedildo, creative/steady runs, short and intermediate routes, mix in some hurry up and tempo. I don't think we we will have a problem in this one. Where CU can get into trouble is letting Nebraska control the TOP battle, and being consistently behind the sticks while on offense.

This re DR^^. He's not playing UTEP this game. Receivers will not be open.

He's going to have guys hitting him.I also saw some questionable throws, bad decisions and throwing short of the sticks on 3rd down. He's going to get better with time and experience, but it's very difficult to ball out from day 1 against good competition. I have said Dante Moore is a good comp. Moore was just as highly touted and had Chip Kelly coaching him up. Chip knows how to scheme as good as anyone (why Ryan Day hired him to be OC) and Dante still made a number of costly mistakes. So much so that Chip benched him which led to Dante hitting the portal and Chip ultimately moving on from UCLA.I'm hoping we can take a lead and really tee off on him.

Confident

I'm not taking this game for granted. Nebraska is better than last year. However, I think Sheduer and the receivers have another big day. Huskers are more balanced on O but I don't think they can score with the Buffs.

Going in with a NFL first rounder at QB, feeling pretty good.

As you say, if the OL gives Shedildo time, he will put up big numbers. I just don't see him being intimidated by the environment.I'm anticipating a shootout, 35-31 win.

Shedildo, Travis, Horn, etc. not only not intimidated they’ll feed off of it

We are fortunate to have a number of guys with the It factor. They’ll step up in the hostile environment and thrive.I believe QB play will be the difference. DR, while talented, is going to make some critical mistakes. I feel a pick 6 by him coming on. Shedildo won’t make mistakes.Their turf field will magnify our speed advantage. I saw Horn at South HS on the turf and he was insanely fast. As were Micah Welch and Brandon Hood. Don’t be surprised when one of those dudes breaks out with a big game.Cannot wait for this game!

Lincoln was rocking for Frosty's debut against MM. MM beat them LOL.

Sorry corn guy - Buffs will go to 4-0 against your boys post Big 12 . . .

The same D that couldn't do much against a worse offense last year?

They have a solid DL but otherwise nothing to write home about. They have a true freshman QB who has only played against UTEP who wouldn't even be a decent FCS team.

Nebraska black shirts…

Their DL looks like a bunch of fat ladies rushing the doors at Walmart during a Black Friday sale.

Nebraska's DC won't sleep well this week. Matchup nightmares + elite QB.

And we've got some surprises we haven't shown on tape yet . . .

Their unearned arrogance I can understand somewhat on offense. They have a few really good skill players (supported by a D2 line). However, what on gods green earth have the seen over the past 13 games that gives them any indication that their defense even has a pulse?

So many of them are delusional. Sanders hasn't fixed anything that was wrong last season. New season same problems. Rhule fixed our problems, that's the difference between the two.

Clearly that person has never meet an SEC fan. Perhaps it’s just a weird Auburn thing but my in-laws decorate their entire houses in Auburn stuff
I probably have more Auburn gear that Husker gear simply because every gift is Auburn related, they know nothing else. Their entire lives revolve around Auburn.
@Dawgsauce weird Auburn thing or SEC thing in general? Really haven’t spent much time in the south other than wife’s parents who live in Auburn or wife’s sisters and her husbands house who live just outside of Montgomery.

Example - my keychain bottle opener/nail clipper

I married into an Auburn family as well and its just really similar to Lincoln. Mobile, AL where she's from is kind of unique because its an even split between Auburn & Alabama fans with a small pocket of South Alabama fans.

The south in general always reminds me a lot of Nebraska because it always feels like College FB first, NFL a distant 2nd.

i saw hells angels going there 3 weeks ago by ogallala
They should be stacking dead Venezualans like cords of wood by now then. Those guys do NOT mess around and literal lee give zero fucks about being arrested for anything they do. I've had several "interesting" conversations with them at biker rallies, and once they realize I'm not a cop, they're fairly open - up to a point - about life as a Hells Angel. It's ... not for me.

I wonder if Deon considers how his method of roster building will impact the poor schmuck who takes over the wasteland that will be CU when he leaves after this season.
On the very off chance Prime is there next year, what does the 2025 roster look like? If I’m a fan I’m pissed and asking the administration for answers.
