Your first mistake is taking anything a young person puts on Twitter seriously. That dude might be interested in adopting today and want to start Chinese language lessons tomorrow and want to take pilot lessons on Saturday. Twitter can be like a stream of consciousness for lots of people where they just tweet out whatever they are thinking in the moment and then don't even remember what they said they were interested in an hour later.
