Ted Carter new Ohio St president

It’s not like UNL fired him

Tweet makes no sense
It's a tweet by some dweeb who makes way too much out of academic administrators role in whether the football team is good or not. Hire shit coaches, get shit results. To the degree the university president has a hand in that it's hiring doplic morons as ADs or meddling too much which is something no president really wants to do.

We're probably getting rid of the fullback position and won't run the triple option. This has ramifications well beyond "what does this mean for Nebraska."

This is quite a compliment to Turd in a way. Carter is being hired at a time when his first task will be to hire Gene Smith's replacement as AD. Carter's track record must suggest he is qualified to do this.

Same thing I used to say about when Perlman was made out to be the Devil

He was a dork who didn’t know the difference between a football and a soccer ball but guess what? That’s the type of guy who usually runs a university well. Not the Bo Neanderthal Pelini types.

Damn. Ted is a family friend. His dad and mine were classmates and my folks were very active at USNA while he was there. I was looking forward to going to a game while he was here but never made it out.
