no, if anything the chancellors wings are being clipped. there are a lot of other university systems who have there presidents oversee instead of chancellors due to the booming business of college athletics.

Really seems like a move to cut out a layer.of bureaucracy between the two most relevant actors for Husker athletics. Probably a move to elevate Turd in some respects as a long term player in steering Husker athletics

No. As mentioned above......just bypassing the chancellor (Ronnie Green / his soon to be replacement).

I don't mind Carter being more involved. I have some reservations about the regents though.
