The jealousy part is 100% correct. Davison is living every man in this state’s dream and it pisses a lot of people off.

About 10-15 years ago he’d hunt my aunt and uncle’s land in Tecumseh quite a bit. I’ve never heard anything bad about him at all. I’m not opposed to switching my opinion on him. But I’ve never heard a compelling reason given for the hatred. “He likes to party” isn’t a good reason to think someone is a dirtbag.

If Frost was winning like we thought he would be, Davison would be a hero right now since he was a big reason Frost came back. It’s easier to hate on him since Frost isn’t winning many games.

That’s literally the first sentence in the thread and it’s been all but proven to be false. Generally, when I try to say someone parties too much to do their job effectively I don’t allege cheating, drugs, and impending divorce. So no. That was absolutely not the main point of that thread. The main point of that thread was to gossip about another man’s personal life and it really got out of hand in so doing.

We’ve now had two people who are around the team and staff a lot that have said there’s no truth to that idea and they can’t seem to find the basis of these rumors because nobody has heard them within the team or staff.

Im not overstating. That entire thread is about 98% made up.

Havent worn mine consistently for about a year. I wear it to special occasions but I do a lot of work with my hands so I just don’t bother. Wife stopped wearing hers once she got pregnant and it didn’t fit anymore so it’s whatever.

Yeah I can relate. When Tommie Frazier was the head coach at Doane he came into a restaurant that my cousin worked at (the guy she’s married to now was a GA on his staff at the time). When she came to take his order he said “What’s it going to take for me to be able to stick this black cock in your white ass?”

My cousin’s husband and I sat and had a beer with him at Ice House about 8 or so weeks ago and talked for 45 minutes and had a great time. We brought up that story and he was thoroughly embarrassed.

We’re getting a little bit weird here. Moos was fired for an alcohol related incident one minute and now he was fired because he wasn’t a “Yes man.”

If this is coming from two different people, I get that. Two different people are going to hear two different things. Totally normal.

They’ve been trying to fire Moos since April of 2019. If they wanted a yes man and he hadn’t been a yes man this whole time I kind of think they’d have found a way to push him out in the summer of 2019.

Based on my conversations,

Moos was fired/retired because he did what he was supposed to do and it was time to take the next step.

Do you want an AD that is coasting into retirement when NIL is launching, 1 time transfer is hitting athletics hard, coming off a pandemic, etc...? You need to have somebody who is innovative and willing to get going to where the puck is going. You need to have an AD that can take advantage of the changes that are happening.

You don't fire the head of a 9 figure organization because he isn't a "yes man." You don't fire the head of a 9 figure organization because he has a little tension with an employee.

Sucks for Moos because I think he did a lot in his short time here and wont get to see it through, but I 100% get why you make this move.
