pretty good haul for my 40th birthday today. Parents got me the whistle pig 12 year and sister got me the rabbit hole. The Weller is thanks to Scott hall (un-related to birthday) but I’ve been really looking forward to trying it. Dad likes his whiskey advocate magazine so he had been reading up on wheated bourbons. He said it was going to be a little sweeter and he was right. Very pleasant and smooth neat and surprisingly a little ice didn’t change the flavor profile very much.
Scott Hall also threw in a little taste of the Weller 12 year it was VERY good.

We got that for my dad for his 70th birthday, at 75 he still has a little left lol. If he makes it to 80 (he’s in very good health) I’m definitely getting him the 21 year

Completely forgot about entering a different one, had two squares at $28.50 a square. Got 7th pick for chiefs total yardage and got a weller full proof store pick. @Ironwardog you should have come to Omaha next weekend like originally planned. Could have upgraded that W12 sample significantly
