Yes- I am pretty lukewarm on WP for their prices. Tons of good rye out there. I’d rather have Knob Creek 10 Rye for maybe half the price.

Try anything holladay if you haven’t and want something new for Christmas. It’s out of Weston Missouri (just north of KC). Distillery has been around since the 1800s but just recently in 2016 or so they decided to start distilling bourbon again. Didn’t source anything so just within last year or so started releasing bourbon. Can’t go wrong with anything but I enjoy the rickhouse proof ones the best.

Just came out with an 8 year at the distillery.. wish I could get my hands on one. 100% right though, they’re stuff is awesome!

Saw that. Don’t think my wife would be too pleased if I took off on a 2.5 hour each way trip for some bourbon. Still thought about it though.

3oz glass bottles wrapped in silicone. It’s made for traveling. One of the bottles fits inside the glass that goes inside the padded case for the glass.

Got this for the family to share today on Christmas. Very good neat, tried it with ice and we didn’t like it as well because it became a little sweeter. We all agreed it’s better neat. Got it at wine beer and spirits in Lincoln for $89.

Need to try a bottle some time. Have a matching pair of rabbit hole glens. Can’t remember exactly how I got them, but it definitely involved contacting rabbit hole somehow and they sending them for free including shipping. Need to pay them back by buying something of theirs.

Just god a standard Knob Creek 9 year for a secret santa and it was absolutely delicious in particular for being 100 proof. Been trying to dive into some different bourbons and any suggestions would be appreciated. (In Omaha Area)
Also the new(ish) Total Wine has been great in finding some great deals, Woodford Reserve 1.75 for $50 is a bargain.
