Them big ass birds is pooping machines. They love covering my dock. Get him a Blow Dart Gun or an Air Rifle and some Camouflage. If a tree falls in the forest and nobody is there to hear it does it make a noise?

Gentlemen, I have signed a purchase agreement for 40 acres of ground in Missour’ah.

14 of grass (fescue and big bluestem ice cream grass)

26 of timber (apparently 12+ walnut trees that draw in lots of wildlife the years the trees actually produce)

It’s only 1 mile from my parents so I know the area is just full of Turkey and Whitetail.

Bonus: there is a chance I can buy more adjoining ground cuz the neighbor to the west is an old farmer and likes me compared to all these damn retired city slickers moving to the Ozarks.

@MtnHusker you’re now talking to a Benton County landowner yeeeee haaaaaaw SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC!

We call those city slickers “acreage rats”!

What’s your plan with the land? Build a stabin cabin for you and the ole lady, hunt it or just a place to pick up walnuts?

It’s got a spot already leveled and ready to build with electric.

Property also has 3 wells dug and with pumps on ready to roll.

Plan is to build a steel frame machine shed first and have a bathroom inside of it. Once that is up build a house and then keep building the dream property up.

There is a natural spring in a corner of the property that an engineer says I can use to build a pond.
