PS: seen it done, State offered a guy 2 years supervised probation, court costs and time served (6 weeks in county) on something there was not a chance in hell the DA’s office would be able to prosecute. Defendant accepted the plea without even asking for a Lawyer.

Small world. My cousin and I got coached by Duane Mendlik, most boys basketball wins in Nebraska history. We've got so many good stories. Loved playing for the guy even tho he is a hard ass in every way. You don't get to most wins in the state by being soft.
