I don't really disagree.... I can't watch women's basketball, just too boring. No need to say more about it really.

But if memory serves from what I read (didn't watch the game), Reese had 25 pts, 24 rbs and 6 blocks. Or something around those numbers. Not too shabby. And that Caitlin girl is obviously very good. Both will be in the WNBA and probably both be good players there.

As far as the shit-talking stuff, it has gone over board and trickled down to youth sports. But whatever, it's sports, just a game. The uproar some seem to be making of it all is also over the top probably. Everything is exagerrated in the social media era IMO.

Looks like it was against Michigan. I was mostly going off the title game cuz I won’t watch womens basketball unless there’s a player dominating like Clark did. Reese averaged 23 & 10+ which is another Brittany Griner in my mind. If I want to see tall freaks, I’ll watch Giannis Embiid or Jokic.

If Clark can put up 30-40 spots in the wnba, that’d be huge. Leading scorer is 27 & 16 points puts u in the top ten, there just isn’t enough star power.

They both were talking shit...who cares. It happens, it's college. They're grown ass women. Clark didn't give a shit, and the way she carries herself, she probably deserves it. If I have one criticism, it would probably be the taking it to excess. Following Clark and still rubbing it in as the game ended. But whatever.

This is where I’m at as well.

Clark has been a shit talker since the day she set foot on the floor at Cockeye.

There is in my opinion, two distinctions between was Clark does and what Reece did though.

Clark talks shit to everybody. The players on the floor, the coaches, the bench, the parents section, the student section, etc. Reece’s efforts were directed at one person and they were kind of excessive.

Agreed. And it’s strictly about business. Individualism is better for consumerism. Then you have ESPN with video clips that titled “Angel Reese trolls Caitlin Clark” like it’s so great. I could give a shit about this individual moment, but the trend sucks.
