"His upside and ceiling are high as he has more development to his body and game the future is bright. He has all the tools to me a multi-year starter on the power 5 level at either tackle or guard."

The talking point was that Colorado players wouldn't be able to transfer in July/August due to the transfer windows, I was just pointing out that isn't the case, especially since "Coach Prime" is taking a lot of guys that are grad transfers.

I was going to reference him but wasn't sure if since it was that long ago things changed. General idea though is there's waivers for freaking everything anymore. NCAA basically opened the flood gates and they don't know how to stop the leak.

The NCAA has been tightening up waivers for multiple transfers for a couple of years now because they know they have given out too many. They really tightened them up this year
