This would be my #1 realistic option if there are contingencies that the new HC must keep Mickey and a few other coaches/admin guys.

Shaw is alpha enough to not be bothered by it and he has Left coast recruiting ties and run game history vs. Mickey’s southern recruiting ties and passing game history.

Shaw HC and Mickey OC would crush on the recruiting trail too.


Bonus: the psychological advantage we would have over Cockeye cuz Kirk would be so pissed off all game looking across the field at 2 black coaches.
