But isn’t that why you have a guy like Mickey on staff? We feel pretty confident that he knows how to recruit and utilize NIL so theoretically he can overcome the head coaches deficiencies in recruiting if he is retained as assistant head coach?

So how exactly would that work? Mickey just handles all of the recruiting himself? It’s going to take top-down commitment. KSU is 7th in the Big 12. So you think that’s going to cut it?
