The discussion from OSU fans is that McCord needs a true qb competition this offseason and the OSU staff loves what they have in Lincoln. If it is truly an open competition I'd find it hard to believe that he'd pass up that opportunity to start brand new at Nebraska and possibly not even be the starter (assuming Nebraska brought in a 1 year guy as well).

This guy (Monds) was one time regarded as a pretty heavy Nebraska lean, wasn't he?
Looks like he was probably a special teams player this year. He played in 11 games and had four tackles and no other stats. Was a redshirt freshman this year.

What's amazing about this thread is that while there have been some names popping up at a pretty steady clip......this is nothing. In a few days it's going to absolutely explode to the point that there will be no way we will even be able to keep track. Gonna be friggen nuts I can already tell.

Ole Joey Burrow bounced after he thought he won a QB competition so our hearts need to be open to Lincoln in the summer.
