Yes, my definition of an experienced QB who would come expecting to start is way more than 119 career snaps.

A QB with CT's experience would have to be the starter to transfer anywhere.

Chubba didn't have that luxury.

If we get an experienced QB, the best we can likely do on a second one as far as experience is probably a guy with three years eligibility left who has played a couple games worth of snaps .
