Not to exaggerate too much but my worst fear in this whole thing is hiring another hot name, failing, and being right back where we are 3 years from now. I'm not saying keep Frost right now, I just don't care either way anymore.

Our overall culture here in Nebraska isn’t conducive to anyone being successful currently. And our string of coaching hires only shows how incredibly dysfunctional our University really is.
