By the way did you guys see amazon is rumored to split?

Should probably do like 80 for 1 split
I feel like they have been floating this for the past 3 years, so I'll believe it when I see it. Seems to come out every major earnings period. IMO Bezos likes the exclusivity of the stock price being one of the highest on the market and someone amongst the board really wants the prestige of being added to the DOW.

Apple, Qualcomm, ServiceNow all crushing earnings after the bell today. Here's Apple's key stats (doesn't include the $90 BILLION in future stock buy-backs they announced today).

A lot of companies are crushing earnings. Kinda a mix bag reaction to some of the news.

Are any of you Crypto investors? If so what exchange do you use?

Was attempting to avoid Robincrook but they appear to have the most alt coins available for purchase for a more established platform/exchange.

I onboarded years ago through Coinbase and went out to multiple exchanges to trade in alt coins as nothing beyond BTC, ETH & LTC were available on Coinbase back then. So much has changed these days. Hell, you can buy crypto through Venmo these days.

I’d research the exchange fee %’s as there’s a reason Coinbase when public and made their founder a billionaire.

Also, be prepared to invest in some crypto tax software. It’s the only sane approach to reporting your trades, gains & losses.

Agreed.

Microsoft: “We did much better than projected by the analysts.”

Analysts: “But we wanted MOAR! Fuck your stock!”

It’s pretty incredible to watch who’s getting rewarded (Google, Shopify) and who’s getting bitch slapped (Microsoft, Service Now). Irrational exuberance, indeed.

Market is going full retard and I loaded up on some Microsoft today.

Somehow we are shocked that apple keeps chugging along?
Somehow we are shocked that google had better advertising numbers given we are reopening?
I bought into Chipotle before earnings because I thought they would crush it. They fucking had a 20% sales beat. Stock goes down. What in the fuck did you want?
Dow and Nue. Bought some a while back thinking we would get that infrastructure bill. They both had about 4/5% ish pull back on the on earnings. Dow almost tripled 2020 EPS and sales were up 22%.

This selling the news environment is creating some buying opportunities. Then we are shocked about good companies reporting good numbers. Which I am not going to complain about given AAPL is my #1 holding.

I've got a total of $200 invested in crypto. Coinbase has a lot of options now.

Won't be throwing huge money around. More of a speculative ride the wave investment approach with the crypto. Been looking into buying a little of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Cardano.
