What are some travel/leisure plays you guys are looking at?

I currently hold RCL, LUV and ALK.

I also have WAL which is a bank that loans to hotels as a core part of their business.

Thinking about MGM and a hotel. Any companies you like?

My thesis behind this is that there will be a lot of demand for travel come this summer and want some more exposure there.

Pot Stocks - where do I start early? Aurora Cannibas always seems to get brought up.

GRWG is the one I own. It isn't a pot stock, but a pick and shovel play. They sell the stuff that is needed to grow the weed.

Problem is that most of the companies in this space are run up because of libs in power. Like @Huskersballz said on RSS that a lot of the companies are really leveraged. There is also a lot in the space so it will be tough to find the winner. That is why I went with the pick and shovel play.

I have NCLH, LUV, DAL, AAL, Cinemark and Marcus. I am not as scared of movie stocks as some. Recently sold MGM....kinda wonder if I'll regret that later. With the international travel ban I have been curious about hotels as well, but I haven't done enough research. I missed out on my PENN stocks. @Dell Husker told me....shoulda listened 😞

After dogecoin hits YUGE today I'll probably by my own hotel chain anyways...

I bought CZR at like 6ish a share... Sold out after the merger bump at 20ish.... Trading at 79 today. I am pissed I missed on another big run, but more than tripled my money so cant be too mad.

Reason why I like MGM is their basically a similar value to Draftkings. MGM is developing the sportsbook side and obviously have all the in person casinos.

I am really wondering about ABNB as well. I just cant justify paying for 111 billion dollar company. I like the company, but Marriot is 40 billion for comparison. I think there has to be a sizeable pull back here.
