Outside his DC Rhule went all in on his guys. It’s pretty obvious. I’m not saying they are bad coaches but they didn’t move the needle.
Don't even really need a solid QB, just a not horrible one. Really hard to win when the QB is responsible for 7 turnovers in 2 games.

It's pretty obvious the reason he brought back Raiola is because of who his nephew is.
I wasn't over the moon about the Sat hire. USCjr fans seemed to be thrilled he was leaving which is obviously never a good sign.
Rhule is doing the same thing here that he did at Carolina, thinking he can fix QBs that are a lost cause
I don’t think Satterfield is a horrible OC but you’re paying him the OC money. There are better out there. The Colorado OC is better for one.

I don't want to say people have turned on Rhule because that's definitely not the case. I think sour is a better word. I've never seen this fanbase sour on a HC this quickly. And it's simply just because people are fucking done with the losing. They're done with it.
Deion is such a douche. I'm still glad we didn't hire him. It's entertainment. Winning wouldn't make up for his douchiness.

I honestly don’t think anyone was ever one way or another on Rhule. 99 percent of Husker fans have been like let’s wait and see. He is the least hyped coach in the last 20 years outside maybe Riley, but I remember meeting plenty of believers of him early on.
Winning make up for everything.
Rhule’s tenure will be defined by his ability to not succumb to the absolute shit show of this place. Can he stay above the fray? I have my doubts.

I would have looked past it with winning and some top 5 classes. He would have got them here.
