The people who will turn the quickest are the ones who thought Frost didn’t get a fair shake.
I don’t know anyone who thought Frost didn’t get enough time though.

Maybe not phrased properly. Like most things, everyone got on board in the end. But a large portion of our fan base were nearly impossible to move for years. And those same people will suddenly be looking for a quick turnaround.

I’m not buying it. 99 percent of people were good with Frost going. This is the first hire I can remember where the optimism is poor because of where we have fell as a program.

I was going back and forth constantly with Frost defenders in year 4 and beyond.

He got the leash he did because he was born here.

It will be very funny when deion leaves colorado and they end up back in cfb bottom again though
I don't know how you build a program like that either. When he leaves he'll take all the best players with him.

What good would that do. They'd just follow him.
It would get us on the right track and rejuvenate the program. We are a cellar dweller. The bottom of the bottom for the past 5 years or so. Rhule could still be fine but he flunked his first test on the qb.

It would get us on the right track
I don't think it would. Whatever track you're on would be derailed with players leaving. Only chance you'd have at keeping any players worth a shit is keeping one of the coordinators as head coach and that wouldn't be a guarantee.

If he was gone after 1-2 years you would be right. 3-4 years it’s a different story. We will never know. Honestly I don’t see a big difference between Rhule and Leipold and I remember getting shit on for that. Leipold wouldn’t have been a bad hire to me either. I knew he would bring bring an innovative offense Atleast.

I've stated multiple times I've wanted Deion. I've beaten that drum. I know.

But I'm kinda jealous of Wisconsin right now. I think they nailed their hire.

The whole "it takes a couple years" has always been a god awful excuse for shitty play earlier on.

It doesn't take years now to turn it around.

Deion is proof of that.
It's never taken years. Historically speaking, coaches average only one less win their first year than they do over their career at a given school.
People can claim Rhule is an anomaly based on his history but this team has much more talent than Temple or Baylor.

My top 3 was Deion #2ndChoice Klieman and after that Leipold Deboer and Rhule. I was never a huge Rhule guy, but I’m not a hater Atleast yet.

I'm starting to become convinced what @Poor_and_Stupid said this past week.

I think coaches just become retarded when they come here.
