I remember the character in Band of Brothers. Made need to give that series a rewatch over the winter. Great series.

Got him last Wednesday at 6:30am on the first morning I really hunted for myself. Didn’t go more than 25 yards, and dropped on the trail like a good boy. Actually really bittersweet. Feels like I didn’t get to actually hunt. Big ‘ol fatboy with a very average rack for the farm, but only the dogs like the antlers, anyway 😀
