MLPFC Shit Posting

do you have diarrhea

I always have diarrhea.
I’m pretty proud of that tiktok

I got a buddy that has had diarrhea everyday since January of 2007.

He got shot (left shoulder) in Karbala and those god damn old Soviet 5.45 rounds fragment and turn for keyhole impact.

= bigger wound, bullet fragments into blood stream and lead poisoning that has caused him to have diarrhea since the final days of Billy C

Sooooo……talked to my mom a couple of days ago about the soybeans. Good years, in the recent past, have produced as high as 75-80 bpa.

2022…….absolute zero rain throughout all of July and all of august. Beans still made 50. She’s ok with that, all things considered.

Will know what’s up with the corn in 3 weeks. Probably not gonna be good. Crop insurance to kick in.

.
That’s pretty tremendous with it being that dry IYAM. Tried it a little yesterday, looks like high 20s to low 30s but I need to get it get calibrated better. This should be the worst field but I think most will be mid 30’s.

Normal year we hope for 60 but we’ve grown beans in the mid 70’s here before.

What part of the state you at?

Finally found some corn dry enough over the weekend. Dryland upland running 150-170, will have some better farms push 200. 90% of our ground just fell in the garden spot of the state this year, very lucky.

I know we'll have some beans as low as mid-upper 30s and have some that sure look like 60 potential. A good rain second week of August was the only moisture we lacked all season so there'll be no bitching from me this harvest

PSA - for any bronies who saw my post on the mainboard...

I don't have any stepsiblings, or siblings, and my parents are still together. However, that entire story is true except the girl was actually my friend's sister.

I stumbled across it and read the entire post. For entertainment purposes only, of course. 😉

Used to go pheasant hunting in your backyard when I was a youngish. Limit by 9 or 10 and home for the 2nd half of the 11 am game.

How is it these days?
Just guessing from what we have around in southeast of the state, not nearly as good. Between coyotes getting them and not nearly as much native grass for habitat, they just aren’t around as much

You were dry last year also weren’t you?
Yeah for a lot of the summer we were but we were getting just enough to get by until it turned on later in the summer. The biggest thing was that it stayed so much cooler last summer. Corn loves 80's and then a cool nights. We had average beans but some of the best corn we've ever grown where we didn't get hail. My parent's place got completely pummeled with softball size hail in the last week of August. Got a lot of his crops.

So like circa 2005? It was fantastic for a little while there. I was old enough to hunt about 2 or 3 years there before all that CRP got ripped up. There was tons of it back then. There was a decade between then and now where it was pretty terrible but they have made a little bit of a comeback. I'll go 2 or 3 times a year and usually we get a few.

I have a cousin that married well. His wife's dad is a farmer nearing retirement and he put several farms into CRP. He will take me and his friends on that a couple times a year and usually it's pretty good. It's a far cry from what you remember but at least it's worth going again. There was a lot of years there where no one even gave a thought to try hunting any.

Edit: Any idea whose ground you hunted?
