father in laws sister died of covid today. she was “fine” at 2 and died at 4. she was a vaccinated diabetic in her 70’s, but seemed healthy other than that.

How is the wife doing?
I would always rather something happen to me or my family than my wife cuz the #1 thing I hate in life is being helpless to help my wife or son. (be it sadness or injury, etc)

That's terrible news. She did the right thing by getting vaccinated as her diabetes made her high risk for complications. This is an evil disease for seniors and people with co-morbid conditions. There are better days ahead and this to shall pass. Hug your wife extra tight.
