I hope cornbelt states start doing that. Nebraska: Not as windy as Wyoming, but close. And, Not as inbred as Missouri, but close. Maybe that Missouri one could leave off the "but close" part, but I'm not the marketing expert that @BingoDingo is, so I hope he can provide an assist.

Mrs. LHR also has a New England "leaf peeping" tour on her list of things to do. I've been to every state up that way sans Maine during my business travel days, but never really timed it during "peak foliage".

Still, I need to do this to make sure I can put a pin in a few states we haven't "dinged" in. Yet. Need to collect all 50, and I've got the hard ones (Hawaii & Alaska) covered. Time to travel ...
