I think you keep Beckton at TE, TT at DL, and Fisher at DB. I would absolutely take Kevin Steele at DC. Chinander has done well but I don't know if he can't make us elite. I dunno why you wouldn't put Busch at ST.

I like the defensive staff Nebraska has mostly as is. I am a bit skeptical about Chin's ability to take it to the next level unless they start recruiting at a higher level

I imagine that Frost believes Chinander is the McBride to Frost's Osborne, and since Frost is going to be here forever, Chinander is going to be our DC forever, so hopefully he continues to grow and get better. 10 years from now we will have an elite defense

Frost seems to be moving in the direction of the option spread offense that we saw this year, that Kearney runs and CCU runs. If that is what he wants, it would suggest either hiring Korn or Davis, wouldn't it? I can't see him handing over the reigns of his offense to Korn though, he's too inexperienced.

I would prefer Harrell or Morris personally but I can't help but wonder if Davis is going to be the guy.

Think Chadwell does. Like I said, you hire him if you want to implement that system. Honestly, I would probably be more interested on who motivated their turn to the pistol and introduced RPO concepts because that's what has made that offense what it is.

I think that's true about the media but I heard Damon pushing the Davis idea in an interview with McKeown, who wasn't having it, so that gives you different media data points. Made me think they both know it's not going to be Davis and Damon wanted to go on record with why he would have been a good idea.
