If you don't have regular access to a sauna, I found a quick cheap fix. Little sauna tent from Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised how steamy it get (I can't leave it on the highest setting). I always feel so healthy after a 30 minute sauna session. Don't know what it is.
I’ve looked at getting something like this. What brand do you have?

Pretty sure it was this one. Looks like there may be better deals by now. The one we got was on the small side if your claustrophobic or unusually large. I would say just make sure it has a 1000w steam heater and they will all be pretty similar after that.

Limited-time deal: Kiguee Sauna, Sauna Box, Portable Sauna, Home Sauna with 2.6L 1000W Steam Generator, Remote Control, Home Sauna Tent for Gym, Yoga, Pilates, Hot Tub (Black) https://a.co/d/9IYmYxs

Mag citrate is more helpful for bowel movements and why it’s recommended to drink before a colonoscopy. I’ve been taking a magnesium multi supplement that has mag taurate, malate, and glycinate due to having deadly PVCs that can cause my heart to go into ventricular tachycardia. This all hit me when I was 37 years old and before that, I was fit, but was grinding my teeth bad and not eating healthy. Plus magnesium helps your vitamin D levels, melatonin, and everything else.
Apple juice is all you need for this

I'm a proponent of edibles but for me if I take them anytime before bed, I get the munchies something fierce.

My edibles life hack is that it has essentially cured my insomnia. Struggled with it most my adult life and giving up caffeine and taking sleeping pills or other supplements didn't help. 5-10MG of THC before bed gives me a deep and relaxing sleep.

Anyone else do red light therapy? And no, @HuskerDocCo this isn't a trip to Amsterdam's whoor district like you and some of the lads undertook as part of your adventures in the "war to end all wars".

Currently relaxing with a waist belt unit running a 30 minute cycle.
