Why did I think you already had a launch monitor?

I had an optishot 2 simulator, but wanted to upgrade to something that gave ball speed, spin, launch angle, etc. Also wanted something portable I could use indoors and outdoors.

Dallas area. We’ve had good weather during the week but weekends have been brutal lately haha.

I got the Epic max and Apex DCB.

ya, and its $600 compared to $2000 for mevo plus or skytrak.

I wish I lived in DFW. Public golf in Lincoln is ASS. Only club I'd really consider joining in Wilderness but I haven't heard that great of reviews on them since they went private.

I joined at the Tribute. Half the price of a traditional CC and two nice courses. I wouldn’t use the other CC amenities anyway.

I like the Tribute course but love the Old American Course. HBD's boss lives there and plays at the club, too.

Yeah, OA is a great course. Will eat your lunch for sure. There’s a few holes that I hate just cause they are so hard lol.

I’m in but warning you I’m a low 20s HCP, which is actually down from high 20s about a year ago.

I wish I lived in DFW. Public golf in Lincoln is ASS. Only club I'd really consider joining in Wilderness but I haven't heard that great of reviews on them since they went private.

Don't you dare besmirch Holmes like that. I put 6 summers of my life into those greens/bunkers/tee boxes.

Firethorn is the best course in town but I've never been a member. I have just played there a bunch.

i've got an impact screen and projector in my garage. might start setting it up for every stroke during a round of golf like Douchambeau does in practice rounds. that would make for a great experience for the randoms i get paired with at the local muni.

How much does an impact screen and projector run you? Did you put it in a garage you park in or are you loaded or live in a cheap city

I don't have either and I live in the city. Hope this helps
