Yeah pretty wild for a long time it was really exclusive. I’ve heard they are going to shut it down and do a major renovation because Offut got a bunch of money to spend on recreation for base improvement.

That’s great news - as long as it stays open to the public!

Used to do that occasionally.

Golf course maintenance was the best job I ever had. Up early, out on the mower while the sun is rising. Making a golf course look nice. Then off at 2:30 and have a whole lot of day left.

I never mowed or did greens…just picked up range balls (moving target), cart wrangler, washed clubs, and refilled water jugs.

Loved that job
