I’ve talked about this quite a bit with my brother in law that is an S&C coach. It’s great if you’re really strong but how quickly can you move that weight?

This is actually incredibly irresponsible for a coach and lifter to allow this to happen. It may look cool, but the risk for injury is extremely high for not just the lifter, but for the spotters as well.
