And so it begins...(tracking Coach Prime decommits/transfers)

It is absolutely bonkers that, with all of their attrition, they are only going to sign 5 HS guys.

He might as well just release a video saying he won’t be there after next season.
He'll blame it on the kids and they all had character issues. He's going to have to realize that he's going to have to leave campus and go and recruit HS kids.

Another backup OL enters the portal. Probably got processed, who knows...

Colorado Buffaloes offensive lineman Jeremiah McCrimmon has entered the transfer portal on Wednesday.

The JUCO transfer from last year was never put into the rotation as a backup for the Buffs. Once a product of the transfer portal, McCrimmon is now moving on again. He announced via social media Wednesday that he has decided leave Boulder.

“First and foremost. I want to say thank you to all the coaches who gave me the opportunity to play here at The University of Colorado.” McCrimmon posted on ‘X’ (formerly known as twitter). “I appreciate all the camaraderie and support I received in my tenure from the staff, loyal fans, and the community. The relationships that I’ve built here will always be appreciated and not taken lightly. Thanks to all my teammates for the brotherhood we created as you will be truly missed. After consulting with my family and associates, it is to my best benefit to enter the NCAA transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility remaining to play.”

A 6-foot-6, 315-pound product out of Middle Creed high school in Apex, NC, McCrimmon originally headed to Mississippi State as a preferred walk-on in 2021. After not seeing the field in Starkville, he left for Coahoma Community College (MS) the following year. McCrimmon saw action in five games for Coahoma during the 2022 season.

Following his stint there, he transferred to Boulder, where he did not see any action this season. McCrimmon joins Gerad Christian-Lechtenhan and Van Wells as offensive lineman to leave Boulder for the transfer portal.

Despite losing three offensive linemen to the transfer portal, Wednesday was the first day of December’s early signing period - Dec. 20-23 – and Deion Sanders and his staff have already received letters of intent from 20 student-athletes. Four of them - transfers Justin Mayers (UTEP), Kahlil Benson (Indiana), Tyler Johnson (Houston) and Yakiri Walker (UCONN) – are offensive lineman.

I wonder if the AD is starting to regret their decision or do they even care since they are getting good publicity for now. I guess things couldn’t have got any worse than where they were at before hiring Neion.
