Idk- I’m more of a 2. I’d be a 3, but his game management is atrocious. Ie: fake 60 yard field goal, can’t get the players out and burns a timeout instead of taking the 5 yard delay of game.

I’m pissed about how this season ended and there’s plenty of red flags on offense. I still have a ton of confidence in Rhule though, we saw the culture change a lot, we see guys completely bought in.

Everything not offense looked like a huge step in the right direction.

The OLine improved throughout the year.

We had Underclassmen all over the field showing flashes and taking their lumps.


I feel good about the program overall but this season can eat a dick.

Special teams didn’t go in the right direction either. If you lose 2 or 3 phases consistently you’re going to be a loser.

They were too inconsistent. Injuries hurt them, but they need to raise the floor. They made some explosive plays that changed games, but they also pissed their pants on National TV at times.

Schematically they seem solid

I was fine with Alvano. Kick return and punt return all looked well coached and coordinated - just needing a playmaker we can also trust with securing the ball.

We had more (positive) game changing plays on ST this year than at least the last 5 years

Yeah fair, I mean more watching our punt block calls always being near blocks and our returns at least having guys in the right position. I don’t focus near as much at the result that lies on one players shoulders when I’m looking at how an entire unit improved, (i.e a returner that makes a mistake and chooses a fair catch when he shouldn’t).

Yeah I’d definitely mark punt return as the worst part of it. But overall I really do t see how anyone could say special teams got worse. We had what, 2 TDs on special teams this year? Did we give up any?

When’s the last year our special teams were a net positive? I assume DPE?

KO and KO coverage was good. We got some blocks. Foley seems to be one of the least of our worries. Just for the love of God, quit being morons and teach your returners when/where to fair catch. And send Koch & Alvano to specialists. Bootychini is a lost cause. Fuck that guy.
