The whole game looked like they took the entire week of practice off, didn’t meet, didn’t communicate and then just showed up on game day and said, “whelp, let’s go.”

My wife specifically asked me if we would win the game and I had just told her “probably cuz Illinois sucks and we have momentum” and then that play I immediately regretted what I said

That first play should have been reviewed and overturned as an illegal forward pass. Dean Blandino was NOT happy about it on the replay officials conference call. That was putting it lightly.
