They would be favored, no question, but UGA had their chance.Yes. I understand sometimes the underdogs win.
But if Georgia played FSU right now, I think FSU would have their doors blown off.

I think that's what people are saying about FSU as well. They would be favored, no question, but UGA had their chance.
I agree they need to consider the eye test argument when everything is equal, but Alabama's resume isn't better than FSU's this year. Every team has looked poorly one week or another. The FSU third string quarterback argument doesn't hold a ton of weight because their second string quarterback should be available for the bowl game anyway.I think that's what people are saying about FSU as well.
If they blow out Louisville yesterday, far better chance they're in.
They looked very very bleh.
The sec has earned its bias the way their teams have produced in the playoffs.I don't get this "SEC bias" thing that's going on right now.
If you think of it, the B1G has two teams in the playoffs.
Is it okay with them being B1G bias?
I can't think of a rea$on why ESPN, who ha$ a lot of influence over the playoff, would pu$h for their primary media partner conference, to get a $pot in the playoff...I agree they need to consider the eye test argument when everything is equal, but Alabama's resume isn't better than FSU's this year. Alabama looked terrible last week against 6-6 Auburn that got pasted by New Mexico State the week before.
ESPN and the SEC swung their weight here, no question, and this whole year is tainted imo.
But according to a lot of people and probably the committee, Bama has the best win thus far this season.I agree they need to consider the eye test argument when everything is equal, but Alabama's resume isn't better than FSU's this year. Because they had to because Texas already beat BamaThey ranked Texas above Bama? Seems Texas was in first.
Against a very downtrodden Georgia team that had the easiest schedule ever? Very impressive indeed. But according to a lot of people and probably the committee, Bama has the best win thus far this season.
Let’s be honest a downtrodden Georgia team would be favored against anyone today. The win by Bama was still impressive.Against a very downtrodden Georgia team that had the easiest schedule ever? Very impressive indeed.
I agree. Can’t wait til Georgia blasts FSU in the bowl game and all the SEC window lickers are derrr told you so
No more impressive than any wins FSU has imoLet’s be honest a downtrodden Georgia team would be favored against anyone today. The win by Bama was still impressive.
I guess we will see if FSU really got screwed when they get to play Georgia in the bowl.No more impressive than any wins FSU has imo
Another thing that will be interesting is how many draft eligible players will sit out in that game.I guess we will see if FSU really got screwed when they get to play Georgia in the bowl.
Every single Nole is going to playAnother thing that will be interesting is how many draft eligible players will sit out in that game.
Really nothing to play for. If they were in the playoffs different story.
They’ll lose. Doesn’t mean they didn’t still get jobbedI guess we will see if FSU really got screwed when they get to play Georgia in the bowl.
True but FSU has something to play for in a sense to show they really did get fucked. Georgia really doesn’t have anything to play for, but they probably want to prove they are still king shit.Another thing that will be interesting is how many draft eligible players will sit out in that game.

They set up a no win game for FSU. If they beat UGA, it's because UGA was disinterested and if they lose it validates this fucky decision.True but FSU has something to play for in a sense to show they really did get fucked. It will be interesting to see if Bowers plays. There really is no reason to. I’ll give this to Saban. He somehow got guys to buy in and play against KSU.They set up a no win game for FSU. If they beat UGA, it's because UGA was disinterested and I they lose it validates this fucky decision.
