I don't know I'd want Urban at this point, but hell, he is done as an NFL HC and maybe he wants to go back to a college team to rehabilitate his reputation. He'd probably be shorter term, but hell, we have been on the coaching carousel for years now, so they have all been shorter term.

#2ndChoice would probably be a good hire. There's a few others I am too weary to think about their names right now.

But I can't see him being worse than what we have, and he is certainly a name guy who is currently having success, even if his schedule probably is G5 level. At least he's coached at a top program already. And now pretty seasoned as a HC since then.

I can't think of other names right now to suggest. Campbell was never high on my list, but he'd surely be better than Frost.

Eric would be an upgrade for sure. Won’t argue with Frost getting canned at this point but if they’re gonna do it make sure it’s a legit upgrade and not another G5 coach. Just my opinion though

Even Mark would be a significant upgrade over the status quo.. but not a chance in hell he leaves Kentucky. Has a premier gig… barely has to win and he is the best they’ve ever had, and he gets paid damn well. Essentially a no-pressure job at this point for him. We ain’t doubling his salary, and that is what it would take.
