I'll start, playing basketball at UNO and I dove for a loose ball and landed wrong on my arm and shoulder. Ending up tearing my rotator cuff, Labia, Tore the shoulder from the Peck muscle, bicep, and shoulder blade. Took me 2 full years and 2 major surgeries to fix everything. Still to this day don't have full range of motion that I used to have.

Was trying to set the edge on a block, guy made a move outside me and my whole body rotated except my cleat that planted in the ground.

Completely tore my patella tendon and meniscus in one shot. My knee cap was floating around damn near on the underside of my leg.

Long fucking year+ of recovery and my orthopedic surgeon told me in all likelihood I'll have to have my knee replaced before I'm 40.

Broken tibia. Heartbreak. Few good nut shots through the years.

sprained ankle

Senior year of football and some pussy from Verdigree twisted my ankle after the play was over

Almost broke my back snowboarding. Was deep in the tree's, went over a weirdly angled jump, came down and did about a 360 degree barrel roll onto a half buried log in the snow with my lower back. Literally thought I was paralyzed for about 10 mins and was the most excruciating pain i've ever been in. Once I finally realized I could move I got myself down to the bottom like an old man. Idk how many months it took to not be in pain but it was a lot. Still have back issues from a grapefruit of scar tissue in my back.

summer before my senior year, was playing basketball at the playground in lowcut vans (stupid moron), went up for a layup and landed on one of my friend's foot. third degree sprain, torn ligaments, my leg went black and blue halfway up my calf. after 6 months of rehab, i was able to play the season with a heavy wrap and ankle brace, but it isn't the same to this day.

I've had my fair share of super gnarly sprained ankles in high school and college. In terms of the most painful for the longest amount of time, patellar tendinitis probably takes the cake for me. Not really an injury, but also not something I thought would ever be fixed. I had a chunk of cartilage missing on the bottom of my femur that got pretty painful after a while, essentially bone on bone. That required surgery to repair and while they were doing that they tried to repair my patellar tendon as well. That recovery fucked my world up. Stopped playing soccer/basketball in August 2019, surgery was in Feb 2020, and I'd say just within the last 6 months do I feel like I can start playing again. Biggest mistake was going to a shoddy PT place here in Lincoln. Went there for months with next to zero improvement and I was paying out the nose to do it, just said fuck it and quit going. Had a double inguinal hernia my senior year of high school. That was a bitch. Never thought I'd queef out my dick but that shit happened because of that operation.

Separated shoulder and torn rotator cuff

My shoulder separated towards the front of my body and I tore everything. It was about a 9 month recovery. Went from benching 255 end of my sophomore year to barely able to put up the bar.

I tore my Labia so bad (320 degree tear) that for about 6 years I was able to dislocate my shoulder with very little effort.

It’s not like it looks in Lethal Weapon… it fucking hurts and sucks every time. Not a party trick.

Only positive about the surgery and rehab was at least it was my left shoulder so I could still use my dominant hand.

Either of you guys have it on your dominant hand? That would be my nightmare. (Can’t Write, type, jerk off, etc)
