Michigan's spin is pretty pathetic. all the Big 10 is saying is that they will be assisting the NCAA in the ongoing investigation rather than having their own separate investigation

I suspect the logic here is the NCAA investigation won’t conclude during the season / postseason. No game penalties under this plan, and the NCAA is going to do what they’re going to do regardless of what the B1G does. My $.03 worth (adjusted for inflation).
