To successfully get a temporary restraining order, Michigan would have to prove, among other things, a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits. From what I understand, the NCAA is saying that Michigan basically hasn’t denied (or at least offered any contrary evidence) that the rule violations didn’t occur. Unless they can’t point to specific bylaw/policy that the commissioner didn’t follow w/r/t the suspension, I’m not sure how likely it is that they could succeed in getting a TRO.

He was also pretty livid when rewatching the game of when Aidan Hutchinson sniffed out a screen before the ball was even snapped in '21. Just think if they were playing us "honestly" and we could've won that game, it might've helped Frost for the rest of that season. Regardless, glad the Rhule is in charge.
