That would make sense to fund half of NIL compared to peer schools and then spend half a bill on the stadium. Our boosters and admin are actually retarded. Texas Tech’s facilities probably suck. They just spend an extra $20mm on their roster per year which considering how much the fb team makes and more they would make with being good would be the best ROI.
