My wife asked me this question as well, so glad to hear it sounds peaceful.

Does anyone know how his mom is doing? We were chatting over Memorial Day and she was still in hospice. Hits closer to home when you've met someone in person recently.

In a previous business I’d helped Denny’s brother and his mom get some stuff straightened out. I’ll see if I can get in touch

I never made it out to visit unfortunately. We tried to meet up a couple times and it didn’t work out. It’s a reminder to make your time matter. You will be missed Bomber! Back to the grammatical dark ages we go. 😞

Hi everyone I really don't like writing this, but I found out this morning board member Elizabeth Reed passed away last night. It was very unexpected and as of right now I don't know anything else.

For those that don't know he was also BBtown Bomber in Rivals and Tater Island. He was a great dude and one of the biggest Husker fans I knew.

I’m at a loss. So very sad. RIP old friend.

His final post, shown earlier ITT, was him teasingly saying he couldn't wait to see Dean's prediction in the 3-2-1 this morning. He never got to see it.

Apparently he had been feeling under the weather a little. I kind of heard what happened, but won't share until it's finalized. Either way he went really fast. My wife's Aunt and Uncle were best friends with Denny and MaryAnn. We'd see them quite often when we went over there. Known him for about 14 years now. He did my me and my wife's life insurance policies.

Good idea! I was thinking we could name a Bomber Poster of the Year every year too. Maybe whoever corrects the most grammar, gets the most butt-hurt, struggles to post gifs the most, etc 😂
