I thought Saban was going to take a step back when Gus got him a couple times. I would still never bet against him. Saban also just landed one of the best recruiting classes ever on paper

I think Frost would be a solid OC with Saban if he was as willing to put in the work.

He would certainly help Bama scheme up a run game. He probably wouldn't have to do much to recruit and could afford a golden tee arcade at home so he wouldn't be distracted at work.

I think that is how he reinvents himself in the coaching world.

He's good tactically, just a horrible leader. Let him focus on the offense and he'll be a good OC. IF he's willing to put in the work.

I am just not sold on Frost at all. The successful offenses he had were predicated on having a very elite QB running them. He would probably get that at a place like Bama, but he will always be overrated IMO.

Surprising that wouldn’t work. He seems like a guy who can easily accept and adapt to changing circumstances.
