Not sure Ervin has even played enough to make this list.Rahmir Johnson
Gabe Ervin
Cam Meredith. The fact that he started some games at DT and not DE showed just how bad we really were.
Alex Davis. He's been mentioned.Who was that basketball player we got late that played OLB?
Alex Davis. He's been mentioned.
Like you, he was the first person I thought of when I saw the OP question. He was one of the top targets for fan complaints about lack of production, but he never came off the field. I think he was a three-year starter.I read like three posts in this thread haha

The fact that we made it to page 2 before anyone mentioned Alex Davis is incredibly disappointing for the board.
He was my 2nd.First guy I thought of. It was on iits way. Ya beat me by seconds.
The idea that Bo and his staff couldn’t leverage Suh’s suggest into landing some blue chip DTs might be the largest missed opportunity of the millennium.
Granted he was the best player in country but still. How many awesome players are there and they don’t translate to recruiting success? Johnny Manziel and A&M, Manti Teo and ND, LamarJackson and Louisville. Heck even Oregon with Mariota. Who did they get after? Vernon Adam’s a lower level transfer, another FCS transfer in Prokup and they fell into Herbert who was a 2 Star from EugeonIt’s also the biggest misconception that Husker fans have, he was one player on an otherwise average team.
