Down here the QTs are huge… have full kitchens, refrigerators for drinks on both side of that, and on one side of the register with the other being for coffee, fountain sodas etc. they are very big, and always clean. Literally every single one was transitioned to this layout within the past 5 years around here. I can only use the Casey’s from IL as a reference, and all but 1 that I have ever been in is a total dump. Better pizza than QT, but not clean, poorly organized, and generally in poor shape.
Yeah, basically been the opposite here. But absolutely QT has made the jump the last 5 years or so into exactly what you’ve described but there is a Casey’s right up the street from my house that bought that existing Fantasy’s out and it looks exactly like what you’ve described. But, historically, around me, Casey’s has been much better

The Caseys in Lincoln are going downhill. Pizza is the reason I go there but hy vee gas and the new u stop on 77th/pine lake have taken my business recently. Both are really nice and have better everything except pizza.

Almost all my meals came from the QT on Saddlecreek and Leavenworth my freshman year of college. They always had a sandwich and drink deal for like $1.50. Went to UNO and lived up the street from there. B/T QT & Broncos I became a nice fat by my sophomore year.

Refuse to go to U-Stop. Always the first to raise gas prices when oil goes up and fuckers are always last to lower prices when oil drops. The Whiteheads can suck a dick.

In my opinion, if you want a Nebraska based gas station, Pump n Pantry is superior to U Stop.

I prefer pump for one reason. They have popcorn. Otherwise I rarely go in any gas station.

So I’ve done business with both. To be honest, I like PnP as far as stops and going into a gas station goes; but the people at U-Stop are much easier to deal with. PnP really thinks they’re something and you should just be so thankful that they let you breath the same air as them.

We have done work construction wise for Pump and Casey’s. The pump people were so easy to deal with in that regard. Casey’s wasn’t bad either.

From the vendor side of things and when I was calling on them, the trivial treatment of a lot of my team’s deadlines and the expectation that everything would be done on their time regardless of notice I found slightly unprofessional from PnP.
