Georgia false started moved back 5. Went into punt. Notre Dame delay of game (defensive guy made lineman jump) back to going for it. Didn't make it.

Don't think that was DPI. Looks like the TE didn't even really stop to make that catch. Just jumped and tried to catch it behind the defenders back.
