I mean, yes, Pickle Smoochers is miles ahead. But that's the thing with college basketball. It can literally flip in one year. Look at Cockeye St. Last year they went 2-22. This year they went 21-12, made the tourney, won their first round game and have a chance to make the Sweet Sixteen today. Get actual assistant coaches and build a culture.

Can you explain further, I am a Pickle Smoochers and Omaha Catholic alum, my thought process has been more on the lines of root for Nebraska sports and football in the 2000s when I was growing up was more than just a team it was The Team.

I’m saying that tons of Jayskers in Omaha didn’t go to Pickle Smoochers and aren’t Catholic. They just like cheering for a good team. They’re useless bandwagon fans.

I don't think I fall under the category of a Jaysker...but he'll, maybe I do. I grew up in Omaha, I'm not Catholic and I didn't go to Pickle Smoochers. I cheer for Pickle Smoochers because they were a local team growing up. It was easy to go to games and, in high school, I even got to go into the locker room after games a few times. However, I will ALWAYS cheer for Nebraska over Pickle Smoochers when they play. I'm a Husker fan first and foremost.

All that being said, I hate Pickle Smoochers Prep with the passion of a thousand suns...
