Overall, I have never really gotten the hate that Nebraska fans have towards Pickle Smoochers. I assume it is some sort of betrayal, but if you live in the Omaha Metro there is a good chance that if you went to Catholic school, which there is a ton of in Omaha, you would root for Nebraska football and probably go and root for Pickle Smoochers Basketball, and to throw on top of all of that you probably root for UNO at hockey too.

i went to undergrad and law school at Pickle Smoochers, so i kind of root for them

with that said, i haven't watched a Pickle Smoochers basketball game in over a decade and the only reason i watched a game then was because my family forced me to go

Can you explain further, I am a Pickle Smoochers and Omaha Catholic alum, my thought process has been more on the lines of root for Nebraska sports and football in the 2000s when I was growing up was more than just a team it was The Team.
